We now offer a full line of water treatment chemicals for Live Steam Boiler, Dry Cleaning Boiler and Commercial Boiler Customers. Most of our products are provided from 1/4 Pound to Ten Pound Containers in powder form for easy use or can be bought in bulk. All treatments are based on metal passivation and scavenging. These products are safe for use with all Steel Boilers with Copper Tubes. These items are non hazardous. These items were specifically formulated for the Live Steam Hobbyest to the Professional Live Steam Park Operator. We provide full instructions for our products and training if needed.
CWBT1
CONDITIONED WATER BOILER TREATMENT
For use with Distilled/Dematerialized, Softened or RO make up water.
List price is $4.20 a pound or 26 cents an ounce.
RWBT1
RAW WATER BOILER TREATMENT
For use with Well or River water from your local City Water Supply or Rural Water Systems.
List price is $4.90 a pound or 31 cents an ounce.
CBT2
YEARLY INITITIAL CLEANING BOILER TREATMENT
For initial start up passivation to remove oil and mill scale from boiler construction and yearly for scale removal or more often with raw water users.
List price is $5.20 a pound or 33 cents an ounce.
BT100
BOILER TREATMENT BUFFERING AGENT
For buffering boiler water ph and for internal softening. This is to be used in conjunction with CWBT1 and RWBT1 for maximum protection.

SLT100
STEAM LINE TREATMENT
A volitle ammine which will prevent condensate corrosion in your steam and condensate loops.

We are the Manufacturer for these products. We have a Full Line of Nitrite based water treatment solutions based on Metal Passivation and Scavenging. We have test kits so you may monitor your treatment unlike those magical polymer based treatments offered by others that are based on volume dosing with mixed and varying end results. Polymer based products are mainly acidic and if not used correctly may cause corrosion. Most make up water ph is close to 7.0 and offers very little alkalinity to support most acidic polymer based products. We have over Thirty years of Live Steam and High Pressure Boiler Water Testing and Treatment experience. Please note that proper water treatment slows the effect of corrosion yet does not halt it completely. Please let us help you protect your very expensive investment.
